All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exception
If you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received, and we will send you the correct candle at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
